Licence Agreement
1) Files and content provided by DETUNIZED.COM itself are subject to the conditions of the respective licence agreement, which shall be included as a readable and printable document in the download file.
2) DETUNIZED.COM only permits the usage of content legally acquired via the internet portal "http://www.detunized.com/" in combination with software applications and instruments intended for use with it.
3) Usage of content shall be restricted to a maximum of two local computers. These two computers are to be operated on a non-simultaneous basis by one user only. Multi-user usage of content acquired on a one-off basis or as part of a subscription is prohibited without exception.
4) The customer shall be permitted to use content for their own private and commercial music, film music, television music, advertising music and multimedia productions. For reasons of data security the lawful purchaser of DETUNIZED.COM content shall be permitted to produce a safety copy on an external data carrier. This permission shall extend to a maximum total of one safety copy.
5) The removal of samples and/or patches from the sound databases is explicitly prohibited. The addition of DETUNIZED.COM content to other databases and the use of content to create new sound databases, whether by changing the order of samples and/or patches, editing and/or amending the spectral structure of samples or changing the order of and/or amending patches, is prohibited.
6) DETUNIZED.COM content or parts thereof shall not be passed on, lent, rented out or sold to third parties. Furthermore, the distribution of DETUNIZED.COM content via all distribution channels known at the present time is prohibited. This shall exclude the clearances set out in clause 4.
7) In purchasing, installing and using DETUNIZED.COM content the customer declares themselves to be in agreement with the applicable licensing agreements. Any contravention is punishable by law.

Lizenzrechte
1) Für die durch DETUNIZED.COM selbst bereitgestellten Inhalte und Dateien gelten die Bestimmungen des jeweiligen Lizenzvertrages, der sich als les- und ausdruckbares Dokument in der Downloaddatei befindet.
2) DETUNIZED.COM erlaubt die Nutzung der rechtmäßig über das Internetportal "http://www.detunized.com/" erworbenen Inhalte nur innerhalb der dafür vorgesehenen Softwareapplikation und nur innerhalb der dafür vorgesehen Softwareinstrumente.
3) Die Nutzung der Inhalte bleibt dabei auf maximal zwei lokale Computer beschränkt, solange nur ein Benutzer diese beiden Computer - aber nicht zeitgleich - bedient. Eine Nutzung der einmalig erworbenen Inhalte durch mehrere Nutzer ist ohne Ausnahme untersagt.
4) Der Kunde darf die Inhalte für seine eigenen privaten und kommerziellen Musik-, Filmmusik-,TV-musik-, Werbemusik- und Multimediaproduktion verwenden. Aus Gründen der Datensicherheit ist es dem rechtmäßigen Käufer der Inhalte von DETUNIZED.COM gestattet, sich genau eine Sicherheitskopie auf einem externen Datenträger anzufertigen.
5) Es ist ausdrücklich untersagt, Samples und / oder Patches aus den Klangdatenbanken herauszulösen. Es ist untersagt die Inhalte von DETUNIZED.COM in andere Klangdatenbanken einzufügen, bzw. mithilfe der Inhalte neue Klangdatenbanken zu erstellen, sei es durch Umordnung der Samples und / oder Patches, sei es durch Bearbeitung und oder Veränderung der spektralen Struktur der Samples bzw. Umordnung und / oder Veränderung der Patches.
6) Die Inhalte von DETUNIZED.COM, auch Teile hiervon, dürfen an Dritte weder verschenkt, verliehen, vermietet oder verkauft werden. Desweiteren ist die Verbreitung der Inhalte von DETUNIZED.COM über alle derzeit bekannten Distributionskanäle untersagt. Ausgenommen sind die Freigaben in Punkt 4)
7) Mit dem Erwerb, der Installation bzw. der Benutzung der Inhalte von DETUNIZED.COM erklärt sich der Nutzer mit den dazugehörigen Lizenzbestimmungen einverstanden. Jede Zuwiderhandlung ist strafbar.
