Stefano Marco, Recording Engineer
Born in Milano, Italy. Always being disturbed by the ever growing noise floor in his town he soon packed his bags and betook himself on the quest for the perfect sound source. Driven by the fear to even miss the sound of a falling fixing pin into a children´s sandbox his recorder always stands by. Because, what´s it worth if a tree is dropping in the woods of Thuringia with no one there to grab this sound?

István Marcheny, Sound Designer
Born in Budapest, Hungary. In fact he wanted to become a cook. But during the rapidly growing western fast food culture after 1989 he dropped his plans and discovered the fantastic world of sounddesign. Ever wondering how to transform the noise of two colliding heavy weight trucks into a lovely timbre of a triangle he spends week over week in the studio, always trying to get the best out of what Stefano has captured in the streets. So he gives the condiment to all of our releases - like he would do to a pot of goulash.

Stéphane Marché, Graphic Artist
Born in Paris, France. Son of the caretaker of the IRCAM institute. Provided with two left hands and weak eyes his parents pushed him to study painting and fotography. He is not able to distinguish exactly between the colors of a traffic light. But thanks to computers and their automated software running he always finishes his work in time, that is to say during the upload of the actual release.

Stepan Stepanowitsch Macharow, Lyricist
Born in Omsk, Siberia. During those long and cold winters there he never stepped out of his house. Only once a week he took the short way to the local book store and back. Due to this longstanding isolation from any kind of social life he became an autistic person always saying less than what´s absolutely necessary. Unfortunately he is also severely affected by grapho-legasthenia but his thoughts - although not easy to understand for let´s say a dock worker - are always of great deepness.
Better leave him alone...
Steffen Macher, Webmaster and Problem Solver
Born in Rüsselsheim, Germany. Received apprenticeship at Telefunken AG. Has a dry understanding of life, almost completely lacks of any kind of humor. Whenever he makes a joke nobody knows if and how to laugh. But without his knowledge and his conception of tidiness not a single one of our releases would include the files needed for proper functioning.

Born in the United States, grown up near Wall Street, NYC. The treasurer of the company. During his childhood and until today he is a passionate reader of the stories of a Dagobert D. Due to his parsimony he always stands in conflict with the other guys of the company who always find a reason to beg for new equipment or higher rewards.
